I got a new computer with a GTX 1060 that has two fans. No of them seem to be self-propelling. Is this how they are supposed to work or when the Personal computer was assembled they forgot to plug in the fans to the motherboard? It's just really weird to me that they'Ra light.

No I haven't tested that way but they'rhenium clearly Non spinning.

So nvidia and their new cards have a spick-and-span improved in profile where if the card is basically at idle, the fans will not spin to hold over noice down.
